The ones we get asked in the first ten minutes.

What happens to us if you disappear?
We build with ordinary, widely used technology and document it as we go — no in-house framework that only we understand. If you ever need to move it or hand it to someone else, there is a documented path rather than a black box. The specifics go in the agreement in plain language before you sign anything.
We are nine people. Are we too small?
You are exactly the size we build for. Firms this size are the ones the big vendors skip, and the ones where two saved hours a day is visible on the P&L.
Is the AI going to make things up?
It can, which is why we never let it run unsupervised on anything that costs you money to get wrong. Where a mistake would be expensive, the tool shows its working and a person signs off before it counts. What that looks like depends on the job, and we walk you through it before we build anything.
We already have software for this.
Most firms do, and we do not replace it. We build the piece it never covered and connect the two, so nobody is carrying data across by hand.
Does our data go anywhere?
Your documents stay in your accounts, and nothing is used to train anything. We will put that in the agreement in plain language before you sign it.
